Ένα ιλιγγιώδες πάρτι σε μια αίθουσα όπερας, ένα μαχητικό μανιφέστο για το άγνωστο αύριο, τα μεγάλα «πιστεύω» και οι διαχρονικές καλλιτεχνικές εμμονές του Κωνσταντίνου Ρήγου εντός μιας παράστασης με club ατμόσφαιρα που κόβει την ανάσα. Με ηλεκτρονική χορευτική μουσική, εκτυφλωτικούς φωτισμούς και με 13 εξαιρετικούς χορευτές, που άλλοτε σαν μια αλλόκοτη μάζα που επιβιώνει στον ξέφρενο ρυθμό, άλλοτε σαν καλοκουρδισμένοι στρατιώτες μιας αυστηρής χορογραφίας και άλλοτε με απρόσμενα ντουέτα ανάμεσα στον ρομαντισμό και την απόγνωση, η Χρυσή Εποχή συνοψίζει τα 35 χρόνια του Ρήγου από την άνοιξη του χοροθεάτρου έως τη νεοκλασική αυστηρότητα του Μπαλέτου της ΕΛΣ.
